Mark was very knowledgeable about HOA's and helped to price the lots competitively. He was extremely involved in every sale of the lots and did an excellent job of communicating. He also gave a lot of feedback from potential buyers on how to make changes to make the lots more desirable to buyers. He was able to sell all of the lots for me when nothing had sold in this HOA for many many years. I am truly grateful for his expertise and appreciate his kind and friendly demeanor throughout the whole process.Read more

Doug was the most responsive realtor we've ever worked with. That's so important when you are wondering every day about your situation. The professional "look" of our listing was quite impressive. We will definitely be referring Doug to anyone we know who needs to buy or sell in the area.

It took us a while to get financing approved and he checked in with us regularly, but was overburdening. Once we were ready to make an offer in October on the property, he made the process very easy. He was there for us every step of the way, from when we first met him until we closed on our house. I have nothing but great things to say about him, if we are ever going to buy or sell real estate in Southwest Michigan, he is going to be our realtor. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.Read more

It was so easy working with Mark on the purchase of our new home. Being located outside of town, Mark was very flexible with our schedules making it to see the home and through the home-buying process. He acted as a dual agent and we felt he served us and acted on our behalf well when it came to our negotiations with the sellers. Would definitely recommend him.
